Bless Your Mom This MOTHER’S DAY. I DO!

May 7, 2022 Steve Martin, Charlotte, NC
What an honor it is to bless our moms! She is the one who spent 9 months holding you within until you popped out. She is the one who spent countless hours feeding; changing your diapers at least 3x or more a day; holding you in the early morning hours trying to get you to sleep and stop crying; training you up in the way you should go in the Lord’s purposes; taking you to football, baseball, soccer, gymnastics, and/or swimming classes and games constantly; cheering you on during your ups and your downs.
What an amazing woman the Lord gave you when He blessed you with your Mom!
So shower her this weekend with beautiful flowers, wonderful versed cards, and pounds of chocolate that she will share with you! Or maybe even a Christmas nativity set you hand-delivered from Jerusalem, specially hand-carved in Bethlehem, Israel…
But most of all, tell her you love her, appreciate her, and will be with her as she was with you, until the time of glory arises in her heavenly realm!
With this message I myself say to my Mom, Lila Martin, that I love you!
Your oldest son of 8 kids (glorious!),
Steve
P.S. “Her children rise up and bless her.” Proverbs 31 That would be all 8 of us (in order of course)! Sue Johnson, Steve Martin, Mary Smith, Tom Martin, Colleen Davies, Janet Rovenstine, Lynn Cowell, Rob Martin (always last on the kid list, but never the least!)
