Ex-Witch’s Warning About New Disney Show: ‘It’s Not a Joke… That Realm Is Very Real’

A new Disney cartoon is teaching kids that being a witch is a good thing. It’s called “The Owl House” and recently premiered on the Disney Channel.

The show tries to portray witchcraft as a positive tool to fight evil. And some people say there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to a children’s show like this, arguing that it’s just make-believe.

But one former witch and lesbian told CBN’s “The Prayer Link” that parents need to be very careful about what their children watch.

“I actually watched a movie that was very popular when I was in high school and it was called The Craft,” said Jenny Weaver. “And the movie was about four high school witches that had all of this power, that had all of this control.” Related

These So-Called ‘Christian Witches’ Say Bible Is ‘Book of Sorcery’ – Here’s What the Bible REALLY Says

Weaver, who grew up in a dysfunctional home, battled depression.  She saw the power in the movie as a way out.

“I remember hearing these voices, ‘Just kill yourself. Just go away. It would be better off if you would just die.’  And so, I started to cut my wrists severely. I remember having 56 cuts all up and down my arms. My arms were shredded. And it was a way in my mind that I was able to escape,” explained Weaver.

Cutting gave way to the demonic realm and Weaver eventually became a practicing witch.

“It was a demonic hold on my life that caused me to open doors to witchcraft and practicing spells and incantations and studying the religion of Wiccan,” she said.

She added, “It’s why I tell parents when I minister, it’s not a joke when we say be careful what your children are watching.”

“I was able to research, and study, and go to little shops, which you would be really surprised that you go into a shop and it’s actually a witchcraft shop under the disguise of just tapping into energy and ‘new age’ things.”

“I’m telling you it was one of darkest times of my life. That realm is very real, just like the Kingdom of God and the Holy Ghost is real, so is that realm. And when you get in that realm and you open that door because the enemy wants to take you out.”

Weaver, who also became a lesbian and drug addict, said it took years for her to break free.

“I was smoking methamphetamines in dope houses, sleeping in people’s sheds, being tore up by bugs all day long. And so, I remember just crying out to God. I cried out to the top of my lungs, I said ‘God Help Me!'”

That’s when her life changed forever.

“God rescued me,” said Weaver.

Today Weaver ministers through prophetic worship to thousands via Facebook through her ministry Jenny Weaver Worships.

Here is an idea, if you dont like something on tv turn the channel. I hate religious extremists and yes dictating and/or censoring others because of YOUR beliefs.
You may have faith but, you don’t have proof.
You should not shove your beliefs down other people’s throats (see Constitution).

Why are you censoring this minister of The Gospel(Good news) of Jesus Christ?! She’s allowed to say what she wants. Especially with her experience and be courageous to warn anyone who listens about the real dangers of this media being shoved down into children’s spirits!! If you say she can turn off the Tv then you can turn off this article and be quiet! Shutting her up is like trying to put out a blazing fire with a spoon of water. Just take it and move on if you don’t like it! Sorry you can’t handle another’s beliefs and convictions!

It’s many of these cartoons and teenage shows conditioning kids for all kinds of wickedness. Even something as innocent looking as Sofia the First. Watched an episode where she was in a band and this “evil” witch wanted to have one of the girl’s powers and so he offered her a solo career. But because she’s a good girl she says she’ll only work with him if he takes the whole band, and that’s how they all got innitiated.

The enemy is now using this good vs evil story telling tactic to deceive kids and parents. The bible says here’s a way that seems good to a man but leads to death. I watched the movie Billy’s Dove. It seems good, it’s about kids who form a brotherhood of knights: teaching kids to stand up to bullies, how bullies bully others because they are hurting, how to be noble, do good for the community and not fight unless it’s self defence. Then one of the knights gets kidnapped and tied up in the middle of the lake. Instead of telling their parents and the police, his friends go after the bullies with a real sword. One of the bullies gets the sword to attack them and there’s this whole show about how they are not afraid because they know he bullies them because he is the one truly scared. Yes he gets scared and in a last act to show his strength he cuts the rope holding the shaft with their friend on it. The friend’s legs and hands were tied, he fell in the lake and by the time they got to him it was too late & he died in hospital. The movie doesn’t end with the bully being arrested or the fact that had an adult or the police been informed the boy would have actually been saved. Instead it ends with one of them by the same lake with his friend’s ghost talking about how he loved the lake.
I see so many of these movies where kids are encouraged to take matters into their own hands by doing stupid and dangerous things all in the name of shifting the balance of good and evil by taking power away from bullies. That’s the message they are teaching kids. And the more you start to understand just how real the spiritual realm is you start to see these evil spirits such as jealousy, anger and fear at play in these movies. What therapists call one kind of issue or disorder is actually fuelled by a spirit. Watch Billy the Dove see how when the boys are practicing sword fighting, the spirit of jealousy flashes on his face when he sees his friends celebrating a victory, and then the spirit of anger comes in and he attacks his friend, then watch him come to his senses.
