Sadly, Michael Weisz, the father of Rabbi Tuly, left this world yesterday after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family who spent the final hours in prayer.
Throughout his life, Michael was a committed Jew whose faith and trust in Hashem ran deep and when he received the terrible cancer diagnosis seven years ago, he found inspiration in the words of Psalms. He placed his life in God’s hands and truly felt a sense of comfort as this verse describes: “I fear no evil for You are with me.”
He accomplished many great things in this world and the Michael Weisz Memorial Fund will support his legacy long into the future.
