“I’M DROWNING IN ASSIGNMENTS!”
The students do not have an easy ride here at our Bible College, but many are finding that they are able to exceed beyond what they thought they could do. We are determined to make sure that each one is getting the most out of their time with us as they study God’s word.
This year, some are working towards a joint honors degree in Theology and Education, studying Theology with us and Education and Teaching at our partner college. This additional track will furnish their Bible knowledge with training in how to work with groups of children and teenagers, and how to pass on educational information effectively. The new joint honors program will open up many opportunities for our students when they graduate with a broader set of skills.
It’s hard work to keep up with all the reading and assignments, but in this short window of time, we encourage the students to give it their all. We know that their diligent efforts will reap great dividends in their personal lives, and in the kingdom of God. Some tell us that they are already using the ‘tools’ they’ve been given in class, and are applying what they’ve learned to serve, guide and bless others in ways that they couldn’t before.
