Shabbat Inspiration

Every night of Chanukah, the menorah is lit in the homes of Jews around the world. While one can use candles to light their menorah, the preferred method of lighting a menorah is with olive oil. In ancient times, olive oil was used to light the menorah in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and it was with olive oil that the miracle of Chanukah occurred. During the eight-day festival of Chanukah, Jews thank God for His kindness, mercy, and for the miracles which He performed for His people. When lighting the Chanukah menorah, Jews mirror the actions of the Kohanim, priests, who lit the golden menorah in the Holy Temple on a daily basis. Order your menorah and olive oil straight from the Land of Israel. Save an additional 8% on your order this Chanukah.

The Real Story of Chanukah

What was the real battle of Chanukah all about? There is so much more to this story than meets the eye.

‘Trump Guided by God’s Hand to Help Build Third Temple’

President Donald Trump’s epic proclamation last  Wednesday acknowledging Jerusalem as the eternal capital of the Jewish people was a major step towards establishing the Third Temple and bringing the Messianic era, said a number of Jewish activists working to rebuild the Holy Temple.

“I will be as the dew unto Yisrael; he shall blossom as the lily and cast forth his roots as Levanon.  His branches shall spread and his beauty shall be as the olive-tree and his fragrance as Levanon.” Hosea 14:6-7
