Dear Friends and Prayer Partners,
“No, Rabbi Nachman and Yeshua do not have the same spirit.” And so went the conversation with a beautiful but very confused Israeli. Â She’d had a vision of Yeshua, but having grown up in an Orthodox Jewish home, she was trying to relate the Messiah to a “messiah-like” figure that was familiar to her. Â But the truth must be told – Yeshua came as 100% man but He is also 100% divine. “It’s a great mystery”, I explained, “but after all, He is the L-rd. Â So is anything too difficult for Him?”
She agreed to ask, not just me, but ask Yeshua her questions and she even went with us to Kehilat Ha Carmel on Shabbat. Â She was so blessed there, that at one point she exclaimed, “This is way better than a Rainbow (new age) Festival!” Â Please pray for continued revelation for this precious soul and the many other Israeli seekers who are hungry for the Truth!
We had another recent answer to the Luke 10:2b prayer at an outdoor concert in Tsfat.  A young man sat down next to Richard and began sharing how he’d finished his rabbinic studies and then he looked straight at us and said he was investigating the claims of Yeshua.  So I said it’s not an accident that you shared this with us because I happen to be a Messianic Jew.  Suddenly from behind a lady exclaimed, “Oh you’re one of those? Can you tell me more?”  So while I spoke with her, Richard spoke with the rabbi.  What a double joy!
Romans 10:14-15 Â How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? Â How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? Â And how will they hear without a preacher? Â How will they preach unless they are sent? Â As it’s written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good tidings!” Â Â Â
