Instead, Mordecai empowers Esther to take a leading role in the redemption, and not sit quietly on the sidelines as it unfolds. In every generation there are those who threaten the existence of the nation of Israel and the Land of Israel. In the end, God will defend His people and His land, but it is up to every individual to decide if they will stand up like Queen Esther on behalf of Israel or not. Today, the Israel Defense Force is full of brave Jewish women fighting for the safety and security of our country. These women are true Jewish heroines! LIBI provides these soldiers with additional spiritual and recreational opportunities during their army service.
