Hunger Was Not One of the 10 Plagues ✡ “Observe My Commandments” – ISRAEL365

If you follow My statutes and observe My commandments and perform them, I will give your rains in their time, the Land will yield its produce, and the tree of the field will give forth its fruit.

Today’s Israel Inspiration

Look closely at today’s verse; are the beautiful blessings promised by God material or spiritual in nature, and why? Notice that only material rewards for prosperity are listed, with no mention of earned spiritual merit. Our Sages found this strange and explained it as follows: One who has food and security, and all of his needs met, will find it easier for continue fulfilling God’s commandments, which obviously earns spiritual rewards as well. Join with Colel Chabad, Israel’s oldest charitable organization, in bringing down blessings to the world and providing the poor of Israel with all their needs, especially this week as Jews in the Holy Land are celebrating the exciting Passover holiday.

Ma Nishtana: Why Is This Night Different Than All Others?

Tonight, Jewish children all over the world will be reciting the four questions at their family’s Passover seder. Now you can listen to the traditional version of this famous excerpt from the Haggadah (Passover guidebook).

Even With Strict Dietary Laws, Israel’s Soup Kitchens Must Operate for Passover

This year for Passover, Colel Chabad has projected it will be delivering upwards of 14,000 holiday food packages to needy families all over the Holy Land further proving that the incredible organization always steps up to the challenge, no matter what!

“How We Love Israel!”

It’s great to hear from you and make new friends from all over the world. Please send me an email and let me know how you are enjoying Israel365 (don’t forget to say where you are from!).

How we love Israel and her people, for surely those who love her and pray for the peace of Jerusalem will be doing what God has instructed us to do. Our church of 3,000 intercede before the Lord daily. I pray that as in the days of King David, your servant, Oh, Lord, you scatter the enemies of your people, Israel and that all their wicked plans for her destruction come to their own destruction.
