Lost Faces of the Bible is a four-part documentary series that combines archaeology with dramatic recreations and forensic investigation. Each episode seeks to reconstruct a “biblical” face by analyzing four ancient skulls recovered from the Land of Israel. Travelling across the globe, archaeologists and scholars separate fact from myth, while a team of forensic anthropologists and artists put flesh on bone, using both traditional and state-of-the-art methods of facial reconstruction. The Lost Faces of the Bible uses modern technology to give you a deeper look into people of the Biblical era.
